Dragana Valjarević is a graduate traffic engineer. She completed her undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering, University of Belgrade, and earned her MBA from the prestigious program at Heriot-Watt University. Dragana holds professional license from the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).
Dragana is a transportation planning and future mobility expert with over 12 years of experience across Serbia, the Middle East and Africa. For the past 7 years, she has lived and worked in the United Arab Emirates. She brings extensive expertise in master planning, emerging mobility integrations, airport landside planning and design, operational planning, , and digital infrastructure. Dragana has good track record of leading strategic urban planning and sustainable infrastructure projects focusing on transport integration and enhancing accessibility and inclusivity of all mobility users. Her recent experiences include planning and design of micro mobility infrastructure and vertiports for advance air mobility systems, while collaborating with leading systems and vehicle providers in this emerging field. She is employed at the global engineering consultancy “Mott MacDonald” as Future Mobility Lead.
